A few years ago I did an online immersion with hundreds of women from all over the world. Through this experience, I became dear friends with several of them. Since we all lived at the four corners of the planet, the time zones made group discussions quite challenging. However, a small group chat was the answer as it allowed us to leave each other messages at the time of the day that was good for us. This also meant that not only we could leave messages at a time that was optimal for our schedule but we could also listen completely undisturbed and fully present.

To say I completely fell in love with this mode of communication is an understatement.

I became the most amazing listener while also feeling heard like never before.

Since then, I have practiced this mode of communication with several friends and even with my patients. I use it with friends and patients who live on the other side of the planet and with those who live down the street from me.  

This is how I had the idea of offering you this mode of communication in the form of coaching.

How does it work?

As soon as your payment is received, you can start by leaving me a first message on my professional messenger. The 72 hr counter starts with the first message you leave. 

How much does it cost?

$111 CAD fully payable at the time of registration. 

What's the time frame for this service?

-72 hours

-3 days of unlimited messages.

-The counter starts when you leave your first message.

-You send me messages when it works for you, and I answer you at the perfect time within 24hrs.

What will I will be able to talk about?

No subjects are off limits. (Remember, after 25 yrs of nursing, I’ve heard it all, I am basically shock proof). The idea is to allow you to hear your own wisdom through the messages you leave me. As always, I'm not here to tell you what to do but rather to reflect back your own brilliance and wisdom. 

In the past, people have talked to me about career changes, firing an employee, preparing for a stressful meeting or appointment, worries and concerns big and small… 

Can I ask medical questions?

No.  This is a coaching service. No medical questions will be answered in this space. No exceptions will be made.  If you need a nursing consultation or need help to navigate medical issues or resources, I invite you to book an appointment to that effect.
